New CMS for CELT launched today

Smart Art's latest CMS design project; a brand new Content Management System website that we built for CELT - Centre for English Lanuage Teaching, run by Greg Nelson and Grace Durighello, was opened to the public today.

The new website includes many innovative features and, like all CMS's, is driven by a database.
