I am currently gearing up ready for my annual Christmas holiday - the only time of year I take any time off.
Clients are reminded that during the holiday period, should you need help, you MUST use the "Support Tickets" section of your Hosting Control Panel to submit a "Support Ticket". This is the only guaranteed way to get a reply during the holidays as the Support System will be monitored in shifts by myself and Steve. Normal emails may not be answered at all during this period and may be left in the queue until 5th January - so if it is important, please use the Support Ticket system.
Office Hours over Christmas & New year:
The Smart Art office will close:-
12:30pm Wednesday 22nd December.
The office will reopen:-
9:00am Wednesday 5th January.
