CMS only from now on

Our new server suite is optimised for Content Management Systems (CMS), and as from now Smart Art will no longer be designing "static" websites (the old fashioned type of website that requires either your webmaster to update it for you, or someone with a very good knowledge of HTML in order not to "break" the site).
We shall, from now on, only be providing CMS's...
A Content Management System (CMS) keeps all the content in a database, and allows you to update your website using nothing more complicated that your web browser. As the Design and the Content are now 2 separate entities, you are then able to update your website, without needing ANY knowledge of HTML, and with no fear of "breaking" the site as you add your new content.
A CMS also allows you to publish ANY of the content you have to hand very easily - it can be Word Doc's, PDF's Text files or any of your photos - with a CMS you can put up a whole new page on your website faster than you can write an email - and the BIG BONUS... is that you no longer need to pay anyone to do it for you - once the site is designed you can add your own content without incurring any fees. Compared to the running costs of large static websites this can literally save thousands of pounds a year!
Finally - as the content and the design are separate, if you decide you want a revamp to your site each year, your website designer only has to create a new set of templates and apply them to your CMS - the site is then instantly given the new look - the designer does NOT need to rewrite ANY of the content and so can give your CMS a brand new look very quickly indeed - which once again, compared to the revamp costs of large static sites, would represent a huge annual saving.
