SMTP Issues

We are now aware of a problem with the SMTP system -

this affects the sending of email, both through email porgrams and through the Webmail system.

All clients should be aware that during this outage you will be able to RECEIVE email as normal - but you will not be able to SEND email until the problem has been resolved.

Clients should check the Network Issues page at their Client Area for updates on this issue.

Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

This issue was resolved at 15:30 today (26th August)
